I am honored to be serving where Chris Dodd started his political career, as the Congressman from the Second District of Connecticut. Chris Dodd has set an example of service – to this district, to this state, and to this country – that I admire and hope to live up to. Whether in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, introducing policies for universal health care and affordable education, or vowing to protect retirees' pensions, Chris Dodd has consistently put the interests and concerns of Americans first. He truly understands the meaning of service, and our country will be a better place with this principle guiding policies in the White House.
