Chris Dodd vs. Bill O'Reilly

This is what it looks like when a Democratic Presidential candidate and sitting U.S. Senator goes on Fox News to defend the leading progressive blog and blogger conference against smear attacks. Dodd stood up to O'Reilly. He pushed back on O'Reilly's bullying and threw facts back at him (you know, those facts from Media Matters that O'Reilly hates). He stood up for the netroots. I can't tell you how proud I am to work for Chris Dodd.

Senator Dodd is completely ignorant of what is going on with the hate filled website of the Daily Kos. He is supporting the propagation of hate mail. Not only does he not deserve to be President, he doesn't deserve to be a US Senator.

2 minutes into the interview with Mr. O'Reilly, and it was clear that sen. dodd never watched the show and probably has no idea what the daily kos is about. sen. dodd is a buffon catering to the idiot leftist who want to tear this country apart. Teh kos is all lies. By the way, it was Mr. O'Reilly who stood up to dodd and put him in his place.

Senator Dodd, THANK YOU!! For standing up to O’Reilly. He will say and do anything to defend Joe. If that were a photo of Bill Clinton he would have no problem with it.
Joe lied to the voters of CT to get back in office and worries more about Israel than the US. What happened to “No one wants out of Iraq more than me.” People also need to remember that Lieberman got 50% of the vote. That means that 1out of every 2 people in CT did not like him, and with his actions since the election, that number has changed to where almost no one in CT likes him and wish they could take back their vote. If the Republicans had run a real candidate, Joe would have lost and we would have some real change.
Oh and ask Joe how his investigation of Katrina is going wile people are still suffering. You know the investigation he now said we do not need to have, but stated during his election that he would get to the bottom of.
The first three letters of his name says it all, LIEberman.

Chris Dodd is an inconsequential senator from one of the most inconsequential states in the country. His national standing as a presidential candidate is laughable. He and his ilk that include both Clintons, Schumer, Biden, Kennedy, Dean, Edwards, Boxer and Feinstein would be on the first plane out of the country if the U.S. were invaded. Or there would be a white flag flying over the White House if one were elected president. I don't know that I've ever seen a bigger collection of whiners and complainers than this current crop of spineless Democrats and their followers who, if alive from 1941-1945, would have pulled out of Europe and the Pacific, thereby surrendering to the Japanese and the Germans. That is the the core of today's Democratic party -- the party of cowards and traitors.
You seem to have forgotten to mention the biggest coward of them all-Dick Cheney... He got 5 deferments during Vietnam. FIVE. Yes, he was called to serve his country and refused, not once, not twice, but FIVE times!
It is very disappointing to see a sitting Senator of the U.S. that panders to the very far left elements in the country that traffick in hate speech and outright offensive behavior.
It is also a bad sign that a presidential campaign has to resort to "I stood up to Bill O'Reilly so give me money!" rather than talk about the important issues that the country is dealing with.
Senator Dodd, you are a disgrace. I will not vote for you in the upcoming primary.

Great Showing Sen Dodd.....you have always had my support and I appreciate that you stood up to BillO. Bill never listens to people who disagree with him and he proved that by not letting you finish a sentence. This buffoon is a waste of airspace and his listeners really need to hear more than Faux news lies.

Anybody who thinks Dodd came off as anything but uninformed and pandering to the far, far left to get one final hoorah at the Yearly Kos convention before fading into oblivion watches the Factor and visits the Daily Kos as infrequently as Dodd apparently does (which is never).
Could Dodd not answer any of the questions asked of him? Just one? Explain, if the Daily Kos is not trafficing in hate, why they haven't taken that picture off their site after a full year?
The fact that the overwhelming number of responses across Dodd's own blog site are pro-O'Reilly should tell you where you stand in terms of relevance, Senator Dodd.
You O'Reilly zombies are always parroting the terms "leftist" and "far left". But I never I never anything about "rightist" or "far right". Turn off the Faux News and think for yourself!
